Program Approach

Person-Centred Practice

We work with clients to help them
overcome barriers to their vocational
success. Our services are based on
the principles of Person-Centred
Practice, and are considered the
“best practice” in working with individuals
with disabilities and their families in
North America.

Person-Centred Practice means:

  • You are a key member of the team (you and our staff make decisions together)
  • Your concerns, goals, and priorities determine the development of the direct service plan and outcomes
  • Your input and feedback are sought during planning meetings to ensure that the supports meet your needs.
  • Every effort will be made to communicate with you in a manner in which you understand
  • We will aim to work with you within mutually agreed time frames

  • You may choose to end services with us at any time.
